Uganda Cleanroom Construction Project Successfully Completed!
December 2025,With the final cleanliness test data meeting the required standards, the benchmark cleanroom construction project for a key industry player in Uganda, undertaken by our company, was officially declared complete! This not only marks another important milestone for our company in the African market, but also stands as a compelling example of how China’s intelligent manufacturing and clean technology are expanding their global footprint.

Located in the core industrial zone of Uganda, this project was designed to meet high-precision production requirements by building a clean space that complies with strict cleanliness standards. From on-site surveys and custom solution design in the initial phase, to material selection and technical problem-solving during construction, and finally to inspection and acceptance, our team adhered to the core principles of precision, efficiency and reliability throughout the entire process. We successfully overcame multiple challenges including cross-border construction coordination, local climate adaptation and supply chain integration.

During the construction phase, the team strictly followed international cleanroom engineering standards, adopting high-quality core components such as aluminum alloy frames, high-efficiency HEPA filtration systems and anti-static PVC sealing materials. Combined with professional airflow organization design and sealing technology, these measures ensured that key indicators including temperature, humidity, cleanliness and pressure differentials inside the cleanroom all met the preset requirements. In particular, tailored to the local power supply and logistics conditions in Africa, the project incorporated optimized energy-saving adaptation solutions and emergency support systems, balancing superior cleanroom performance with practical operational needs.
Upon completion, on-site tests conducted by an authoritative third-party organization showed that the particle concentration inside the cleanroom was far below the standard limits. Key metrics such as cleanliness class and settling bacteria count passed acceptance inspection in one go, fully satisfying the client’s stringent requirements for high-precision production. The commissioning of this cleanroom will effectively fill the gap in high-end clean production environments locally, help the client enhance product quality and market competitiveness, and inject new momentum into the upgrading of relevant industries in Uganda.
