The bag-type medium-efficiency filter is made of proprietary non-shedding, water-repellent synthetic fibers with a layered structure consisting of surface and inner layers. The coarse first layer captures large and heavy particles in the air, while the finer second layer enhances the filter’s structural stability and prevents smaller dust particles from becoming airborne. This double-layer filter media design ensures low initial resistance, high dust holding capacity, and an extended service life of the filter.The filter bags are sealed on three sides, and the corners at the back of the frame are sealed with adhesive to prevent bag shrinkage or tearing. The air channels are transversely sealed inside the bags, and the sealed areas are bonded and sealed with plastic sealant to ensure zero leakage. - Medium-efficiency filters are widely used in air purification systems across industries such as central air conditioning, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics, and food processing. They are typically applied as intermediate filtration components in air conditioning systems to protect the subsequent-stage filters and the system itself. In addition, medium-efficiency filters can also serve as pre-filters for high-efficiency filters, reducing the filtration load on high-efficiency filters and extending their service life.
