The horizontal laminar flow clean bench is a unidirectional flow air purification device that provides a local dust-free and sterile working environment. It is widely applicable to scientific research and production sectors requiring a local clean workspace, including the fields of medical and health care, biopharmaceuticals, food processing, medical science experiments, optics, electronics, sterile room tests, sterile microbiological inspection, plant tissue culture inoculation, and others. - Working Principle：
The horizontal laminar flow clean bench primarily draws in air via a fan, which first passes through a primary filter for preliminary purification to remove large-particle dust and other impurities. The air is then delivered to a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter for fine filtration.
The filtered clean air flows horizontally in a laminar pattern across the working area, and blows contaminants in the workspace horizontally toward the air outlet on the side opposite the operator. This ensures the cleanliness of the working area. This horizontal laminar flow design provides a stable, unidirectional clean airflow environment for operations. - Structure & Features：
1.Airflow Pattern: Horizontal laminar flow with an open workbench surface for easy operation.
2.Air Velocity Adjustment: An adjustable air volume fan system is adopted. Touch-sensitive switches regulate voltage output, ensuring the air velocity in the working area is always maintained at an optimal level.
3.Material: The workbench surface is made of stainless steel.
4.Filter: An ultra-thin frameless HEPA filter is used to minimize the size of the plenum chamber.
5.Lighting & Sterilization: Lighting lamps and ultraviolet germicidal lamps are mounted on the air diffuser panel at the air outlet of the workbench.
6.Noise Control: The noise level is below 60dB(A), which is relatively low. Operators can work in a quiet environment without being disturbed or irritated by excessive noise, which helps improve work efficiency.
