Product Overview:
The benchtop mini clean bench is a device designed to provide a sterile and dust-free environment. It is typically used in laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, electronics manufacturing plants and other venues requiring a high level of cleanliness.
Equipped with a High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter, it purifies the incoming air to ensure that the air cleanliness in the working area meets specified standards, thereby reducing the risks of contamination and cross-contamination.
Features:
The HKDCW-650 benchtop horizontal clean bench has been further improved on the basis of the original model by adopting advanced overseas technologies.
The bench consists of a top section, a rear air supply unit and a lower support frame. It is integrally fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates through bending, assembling and welding processes.
The air supply unit is equipped with a new non-woven pre-filter, a state-of-the-art high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, a compact low-noise centrifugal fan, and other electrical components.
The working table of the bench is made of stainless steel. Four rubber shock-absorbing foot pads are installed at the bottom of the support frame to ensure stability during equipment handling and storage. Glass side panels are fitted on both sides, rendering the entire working area spacious and well-lit.
The control panel employs touch-sensitive switches to adjust and control the fan speed, ensuring that the average air velocity is maintained within the optimal range. This effectively extends the service life of the HEPA filter—the core component of the equipment—and reduces operational costs.
