Air filters can be classified into different types according to their working principles: primary filters, medium-efficiency filters, high-efficiency filters and sub-high-efficiency filters.
The G-series primary air filters consist of eight variants, namely: G1, G2, G3, G4, GN (nylon mesh filter), GH (metal mesh filter), GC (activated carbon filter) and GT (high-temperature resistant coarse filter).
Primary Air Filter Description:
Primary air filters are suitable for the pre-filtration stage of air conditioning systems, mainly used to filter dust particles of 5 μm and above.
There are three types of primary air filters: panel type, pleated type, and bag type.
Outer frame materials include: paper frame, galvanized steel frame, stainless steel frame, and aluminum frame.
Filter materials include: non-woven fabric, glass fiber, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material, and metal perforated mesh, etc.

Low resistance, large air volume and long service life.
The outer frame adopts a sturdy aluminum alloy frame with aluminum alloy corners, featuring a firm and stable structure. This ensures that the filter will not deform or be damaged even under harsh working conditions. It can also be designed as a detachable type to facilitate filter material replacement, thus achieving the purpose of frame reuse.
The filter material is high-quality polyester synthetic fiber with a fluffy and gradually dense fiber structure. This structure ensures a high dust holding capacity, better protects the filters at the downstream end, and extends their service life.
