Meanwhile, it is an air purification device designed to create a high-cleanliness environment in local areas within a general-grade cleanroom.
The clean booth is mainly composed of a frame, fan filter units (FFUs), enclosures around the booth, and lamps, etc. This product can either be suspended or floor-supported, featuring a compact structure. The frame is made of industrial aluminum profiles (or stainless steel square tubes, or spray-coated iron square tubes), air supply is realized by fan filter units (FFUs), and the surrounding enclosures consist of anti-static PVC curtains (or tempered glass). The internal cleanliness level of the booth can reach Class 100 to Class 100,000.

The filtered clean air is uniformly delivered into the clean booth at a wind speed of 0.45 m/s ± 20% across the entire air outlet surface, forming a laminar flow layer. This creates a vertical unidirectional clean air flow, thereby ensuring the required cleanliness level within the working area.
