Stainless steel is generally adopted, which offers excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleanability and outstanding durability. For example, in pharmaceutical workshops, stainless steel cleanroom wardrobe and shoe cabinets can resist erosion from pharmaceutical ingredients and maintain their stability and sanitation. (Cold-rolled sheet with paint finish is available as an option)
2.Zoned Design
It is generally divided into a clothes hanging zone and a shoe storage zone.
The clothes hanging zone is equipped with multiple hanging rods, facilitating the storage of clean work clothes, caps, etc. The height of the hanging rods can be adjusted appropriately according to the length of the garments. For instance, in cleanrooms of electronic chip manufacturing workshops, longer dust-free suits can be hung on the higher-positioned rods.
The shoe storage zone is fitted with multi-layer shoe racks, and the spacing between each layer can accommodate cleanroom shoes of different sizes. The shoe racks are usually designed with a certain tilt angle, which not only makes it easy to place and retrieve shoes but also prevents them from slipping off. Some cleanroom wardrobe and shoe cabinets are also provided with ventilation holes in the shoe storage zone to keep the shoes dry and well-ventilated.
