The working principle of the air shower clean room mainly includes the following aspects:
Air filtration: The air shower cleanroom filters the air through primary filters and high-efficiency filters (such as HEPA or ULPA) to remove impurities such as particulate matter and microorganisms from the air.
Positive pressure control: Maintain a positive pressure inside the air shower clean shed to prevent external pollutants from entering and maintain high cleanliness inside the shed.
Air flow mode: There are two types of air flow modes in the air shower clean room: vertical flow and horizontal flow. Vertical flow refers to the flow of air from top to bottom, reducing the residence time of particles in the work area; Horizontal flow refers to the parallel flow of air within the work area to maintain a constant cleanliness.
Air shower process: When personnel or items enter the air shower clean room, the system will activate the nozzle to spray high-speed clean airflow filtered by the high-efficiency filter, blowing away dust particles on the surface of the human body or items. The cleared dust particles are then filtered through primary and high-efficiency filters and recycled back into the air shower area.
Operation process: The operation process of the air shower clean room includes the entry and exit procedures. When entering, personnel open the door of the air shower room to enter. The system senses a person and starts automatic air shower. After the air shower is completed, the exit door lock is automatically released, and personnel leave the air shower room and enter the clean area. When going out, the air shower room does not blow, and personnel directly open the front door to exit the clean room.
