Air Shower Description:
An air shower is an essential purification device for personnel entering cleanrooms and dust-free workshops. It features strong versatility and can be used in conjunction with all types of cleanrooms and clean plants.
When staff members enter the workshop, they must pass through this device. Powerful, clean air is sprayed onto the human body from all directions via rotatable nozzles, which effectively and rapidly removes impurities such as dust, hair, and dandruff attached to clothing. Basic Operating Procedures:
1.Connect the power supply; the red power indicator light will turn on at this time.
2.Open the front door and enter the air shower room. After closing the door, the inner and outer doors will be electronically interlocked immediately.
3.Step into the induction zone to start the blowing shower, and the green operation indicator light will illuminate at this moment.
4.After the shower cycle is completed, follow the voice prompt and exit through the outer door to enter the clean room.
Note: The air shower room is typically for one-way use only.
